Platform for online and hybrid events can become a convenient and universal solution for any type of events: conferences, corporate events, festivals, etc. Over the years of working with online projects, our team has developed functionality that can be easily customized to meet any online project's objectives.

How it works?

The platform for hybrid and online events is a website designed specifically for the project with a set of functionalities.

The platform standardly contains the event program, information about speakers, contact information and support service.

The site can be configured as a separate domain name or can be implemented as a subdomain of the client.

The platform supports multi-screen broadcasting with multiple streams of air and can handle the load of an unlimited number of users.

Functional

Authorization of users on the platform can be implemented in different ways:

1. Without authorization. Once on the site, the user gets access to all functionality at once.
*Some options of the platform may not be available with this type of authorization.
2. Pre-registration. The user pre-registers in the system, login and password are used for authorization. The set of registration fields corresponds to the client's tasks, the possibility of participant moderation is available.
3. Registration with multi-stage access. Users can be distributed into several groups with different access to the platform sections.
4. Registration by unique links. The list of participants is created in advance, then unique links are generated, following which the participant is automatically authorized.
Event chat is available on the platform with both pre-moderation and without. Emoji input is available, and custom stickers can be added upon additional request.
Participants of the event can select speakers of interest in real time and ask questions directly via their smartphones. Questions are immediately submitted to the moderator's panel for pre-checking, after which the moderator forwards them to the selected speakers.
Under the broadcast window at a certain point in the event, you can vote, participate in a quiz, or enter a custom answer. There are various options for tracking results or identifying winners.
Our platform is regularly vetted by the security services of major IT clients.
On request we can implement custom functionality: mini-games, personal cabinet of participants, points system, merch store, etc.
