Functional
The map of the room contains interactive objects, when touched the user can view brief information about the object with the ability to build a route from the current navigation kiosk.
The system provides several variants of searching for services and activities of the event. Search by phrase: the user types a search phrase, the system searches for the phrase both in services and in the event program. From the search results page it is possible to directly build a route to the desired room. Hotkeys: hotkeys are a large-scale structured menu of services for quick search. Selecting a hotkey opens the list of services in the section. When you select a service, the desired room is displayed on the map. Menu "event program": after selecting the activity/session of interest from the menu, the page with information about it opens with the possibility to find the venue and build a route.
The event agenda is a complete schedule of the event activities with the description of the activity and participating speakers/participants, with the ability to search for the venue. The system provides possibility to update the event program via API.
The advertising block allows you to display both free content (text, images, video) and actual or current session in a given order.
The system provides for displaying emergency or information messages, if necessary. The function is controlled through the administrator panel. The administrator has the ability to display messages to a specific information rack or to all racks at the same time.
The system provides complete statistics for each stand separately and in total for all stands. The statistics contains reports on search for services and services, on transitions through the event program menu, on hotkeys and on routes built.
The system is managed remotely via the administration panel. The presence of a specialist at the information desk is not required when updating content.
